Park Street - Historic Renovation
With diligent research and careful craftsmanship, STOA reconstructed the decorative elements that had been removed from this historic house throughout the decades. Built in 1892 in the Park Street neighborhood of Charlottesville, the house required significant structural attention. STOA updated the kitchen and bathrooms and inserted a modest addition within the wraparound porch. Through careful preservation efforts, STOA procured historic tax credits on behalf of the owner.
